About us

Welcome to the Weimaraner kennel website

Internationally registered kennel of Weimaraners.

Welcome to our Weimaraner kennel.

In our kennel, we care primarily about the health of our dogs and our puppies. Furthermore, we focus on the working ability and exterior of these beautiful dogs. We want to maintain the correct standard of this breed and drive its breeding forward.

With us, you will find above-standard breeding service, we will help with everything regarding the upbringing and training of dogs, and then we will guide you through the world of dog shows and preparation for hunting tests, so that you too can have your own breeding individual. We will also advise you on the appropriate choice of dog for mating and on everything related to the entire breeding process. Breeding service does not just lie in the area of breeding. The owners of our puppies receive a comprehensive puppy manual, we will reveal all feeding, upbringing and training procedures to you, we are constantly here for the owners who contact us turn to at any time and with anything, and much more.

Our breeding kennel is already represented by the owners of our litters abroad as well, such as in the Netherlands, Slovakia, or even Spain.

I can say that breeding Weimaraners is our greatest hobby and passion. We do everything with love and live for dogs, and that is reflected in our breeding, of which I am very proud.

Our story

It all started at an early age. Ever since I was a little girl, I loved animals and dogs in particular. When I was little, I wished for a dog of my own. So, for Christmas when I was seven, I got a female Labrador. Thanks to her, I learned everything from scratch. I used to take her for walks by myself, feed her, and start raising her and, most importantly, training her. In time, another female dog joined her, also a Labrador. I trained them together and devoted my time to them.

Since I loved animals so much, after primary school I went to the Secondary Veterinary School. I always wanted to be close to animals, help them and continue doing this.

Over time, the younger Labrador passed away too, and after a while I was looking for someone to fill that empty space. Naturally, I first looked at Labradors, but somehow my heart told me that none would ever be like my first two girls. However, because I was looking at Labradors, I came across the Emerald Marvel kennel, which also breeds Weimaraners. At that moment, a dilemma began...

I come from a family of hunters, so gundogs weren't unfamiliar to me, but it hadn't crossed my mind before. But as soon as I saw them, after a little while it was clear. I immediately wrote only to this kennel and waited until the bitch was bred. After a certain time, I was already off to fetch my puppy.

The love for this breed struck me thanks to little Chelsei, and I knew I wanted to dedicate all my time to this breed.

Although shows and hunting training were alien to me, I threw myself into it headfirst 🙂 I started taking her to shows from a very early age and we learned it together at the same time. Thanks to a good trainer and, above all, a brilliant dog, the training went like a breeze.

I educated myself gradually both in the world of shows and in gamekeeping, and step by step in breeding as a whole, which also includes understanding certain dog lines, the pros and cons of certain pedigrees, and recording everything that takes place in breeding.

How on earth did two guys end up joining us two girls???

Thanks to the wonderful breeder Terka Křížová, we had the opportunity to go on walks with the puppies. And as that suggests, we met Petr on a walk, who was getting a dog from the same litter – Cali. He was getting him primarily for work; he works as a forester and hunting is his biggest hobby. He had wanted a Weimaraner since he was a little boy, so he fulfilled his wish. Before long, there were no longer two of us, but straight away four. 😀 We started living together, training our grey ghosts, going to dog shows and after our first exams. And since we both wanted to breed and continue doing so, we decided to establish our own kennel named Forest Treasure – Forest Treasure.

We came up with the name over a long time. We wanted it to capture how we feel about our greyies. They are our treasures, whom we wouldn't let be spoken ill of for the world.

If you would like to get to know our female dog, from whom you would like a puppy or even a stud dog, please do not hesitate to get in touch. We will gladly take a walk with you where you can meet them, I will answer your questions, and I would also love to get to know you.
